I’m Lauren, founder and principal physiotherapist at Wiggle & Go Physio.

I have experience working as a paediatric physiotherapist in the community, supporting children with a range of needs, including complex neurological, genetic and developmental conditions. I work closely with families to build practical movement skills that improve confidence, independence and participation in everyday life.

I founded Wiggle & Go Physio after the birth of my son in 2025, recognising how important it is for therapy to fit naturally into family life. I provide flexible, in-home sessions that support children in the environments where they learn and play every day.

I have completed Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME) Level 1 training with Romanian instructor Adrian Stupinean in 2024, and have a strong interest in supporting young children to develop key milestones such as sitting, standing and stepping.

I value building strong relationships with families and celebrating progress along the way, helping each child reach their potential.
