Lauren founded Wiggle & Go Physio after the birth of her son, Austin, recognising how important it is for therapy to fit naturally into family life. She is passionate about making high-quality physiotherapy accessible, flexible, and meaningful—so every family feels supported in helping their child reach their potential.
Her love for paediatric physiotherapy began during her university studies, when she had the privilege of working as a support worker for a beautiful little boy with chromosome deletion. This experience inspired her desire to support children’s growth and development through caring, family-centred therapy that makes a lasting difference. From there, Lauren gained experience as a paediatric therapist in the community, and through ongoing professional development.
Since completing her Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME) level 1 training with Romanian instructor Adrian Stupinean in 2024, Lauren has been astounded by the results in her clients. She has a special interest in supporting young children reach milestones such as sitting, standing and stepping through CME.
Lauren feels grateful to be part of each child’s journey and loves celebrating every small success—every wiggle—with the families she works alongside.
