I am a Level I Certified Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME) practitioner, trained by Romanian instructor Adrian Stupinean (CME Level IV).
CME is a dynamic therapy for babies and children with motor delays caused by central nervous system impairments, designed to promote new motor functions and greater independence in activities like sitting, standing, and walking. Every child is different, so I tailor therapy to their needs, goals and environment. Sessions are play-based and designed to build meaningful skills that carry into everyday life.
Functional, play-based physiotherapy helps kids develop the skills they need for everyday activities that matter most to them and their families. By targeting movement patterns used in real-life play, self-care, and community participation, therapy is meaningful and goal-driven.
This approach considers the whole body and creates a personalised plan to meet each child’s unique needs, supporting the development of strength, coordination, balance, and agility for activities important to them e.g. rolling, walking, jumping, climbing.
As a mobile service, sessions take place in the child’s natural environments at home, school, or playground, making it easier to integrate exercises into daily routines and enhance the child’s confidence and participation in their real-world settings.

NDIS review reports and associated assessments.
Please note Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) are not completed by physiotherapists.
I provide mobility aid assessment alongside local equipment suppliers. Due to the complexity of equipment prescription, this service is only available for regular/ongoing clients.
